There is a small patient Car Park in front of the Specialist Centre (Gate 2 off Newdegate Street).

There is a Public Pay Car Park located at the back of the hospital which is accessible via the Main Entrance of the hospital or Nicholson Street.

You should bring a new referral from your GP (if you do not already have one in the system) any pertinent X-rays, Scans or other relevant test results and a list of your current medications.

The standard fee charged in this practice is the Australian Medical Association recommended fee. This means that in most instances there will be a gap.

For many procedures we offer a 15% discount for accounts that are settled promptly. In the event that you are booked in for a procedure you will be provided with a written estimate by the Reception staff.

Under the Medicare guidelines, if a patient does not have a referral or it is not current then they will not pay a refund. It is a good idea to check with the reception staff prior to your appointment or when booking in for follow up consultations that your referral is current. Please also note that GP referrals are valid for 12 months and Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months.

All procedures are performed in the Greenslopes Private Hospital operating theatres and patients are admitted to the day surgery unit or to a ward for an overnight stay depending on the procedure.
